TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

By using this website, booking a lesson, enrolling in a program, or making a payment, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Enrollment

Bookings are confirmed after all required information and payment have been completed.

Enrollment reserves a lesson or class time for the student for the duration of the selected package or program.

Payments

Tuition and program fees are paid according to the selected lesson package or program.

For recurring lessons, a new lesson package must be purchased after the current package has been completed in order to continue lessons and keep the student’s schedule.

If the next package is not purchased, future lessons may not be reserved and the student’s regular lesson time may become available to other students.

All prices and payment requirements are displayed at the time of booking or enrollment.

Attendance & Missed Lessons

Students are expected to attend lessons on time.

Missed lessons due to illness, vacations, family trips, school events, sports, transportation issues, personal scheduling conflicts, forgotten lessons, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, tuition credits, or makeup lessons.

Lessons or classes canceled by Sonora Music Center or the instructor may qualify for a makeup lesson, rescheduling, or tuition credit, as determined by the Center.

Withdrawals

If a family decides not to continue after the current lesson package or program ends, no additional package purchase is required.

If a student is enrolled in an ongoing reserved schedule, families should notify Sonora Music Center in advance if they do not plan to continue so the lesson time can be released.

Student & Parent Responsibilities

Students and families are expected to treat instructors, classmates, instruments, and studio property with respect.

Disruptive, threatening, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

Health & Safety

Please do not bring a student to the studio when they are contagious or unable to safely participate.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing current emergency contact information and relevant safety or accommodation information.

Personal Property

Sonora Music Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Program Changes

Sonora Music Center may make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, pricing, or program formats when necessary.
